TRENCHES IN THE FIRST WORLD WAR

Assessment

The students must write an essay of about 240 words concerning the life in the trenches. The essay should deal with four or more of the subsequent aspects:

-                       How was the emotional impact with trenches?

-                       How was the feeding in the trenches?

-                       How was the hygienical conditions?

-                       How soldiers spent their time?

-                       What were the weapons used?

-                       What were the risks for soldiers?

-                       How did they fought?

-                       What the survivors brought with them from the war?
