The goal of this free online course is to help prepare students who are attending Vocational Training School in Catering Service. This course will also be useful for those interested in improving their English language skills and especially those who are currently working in catering.

The level of the course is A1-A2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

There are no official requirements to take this course.

Objectives

It focuses on taking a reservation on the phone while working at a restaurant.

 Participants will be able:

  • To greet customers professionally;
  • To take a reservation over the phone [getting details as the name, time and date for reservation

An A1 level of English in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is recommended but not a requirement.
