Unit 2
Proportional Relationships
Unit Description
If you know a relationship is proportional, you can predict what will happen. In this unit, you will fine-tune your definition of proportional relationship by determining if situations represent proportional relationships and justifying why. You will represent these relationships as graphs, formulas, and tables. Then you'll work with percents—percent increase and percent decrease. You will analyze inaccurate statements involving percents, explaining why the statements are incorrect.
