Collaborative Leadership Institute
Hosted by the Northern California Training Academy in 2013, the Leadership Institute Series was based on a collaborative leadership model focused on improving the lives of children and families in the child welfare system. The series was built on understanding the data related to child welfare outcomes, identifying and implementing programs and services rooted in effectiveness, and monitoring and providing strategies for continuous quality improvement processes. Integrated throughout the series were principles of leadership, organizational effectiveness and program improvement.
