This workshop is designed for supervisors who know and use motivational interviewing (MI) skills and strategies. The training will address the compatibility of the spirit of both Wraparound and MI; similarity of the principles of both; discussion of what constitutes good supervision; learning how to apply MI skills to supervision; and the benefits of using MI skills and techniques in supervision to empower and motivate staff to provide high quality Wraparound to families.
