Wrangling a group of people to work together on a common mission is never easy, especially when they come with conflicting priorities and disparate ideas of what needs to happen. Skilled and artful facilitation of Child and Family Teams requires knowledge of group process, methods for conflict management, creativity, tenacity and a lot of guts. This workshop will provide participants an opportunity to learn both the fundamentals and special techniques for facilitating effective Child and Family Team meetings.
