Description:
Students will learn about Vitamin B and D by looking at what they do for the body, foods they are found in, and diseases associated with over- or under-consumption.
Objective: The student will understand the importance of Vitamin B and D in the body, their function in the body, food sources, and deficiencies associated with over- or under-consumption.
