Evaluate nutrition choices and practices in a variety of settings, using reliable guidelines and sources of information, including dietary guidelines/MyPlate and nutrients and nutritional label analysis.

Description:

Students will learn about Vitamin C and A by looking at what they do for the body, foods they are found in, and diseases associated with over- or underconsumption.  

Objective: The student will understand the importance of Vitamin C and A in the body, their function in the body, food sources, and deficiencies associated with over- or under-consumption.
