Objective: Students will conduct research and analyze the impact of Disney as mass media on American society, as well as the role mass media plays in American society. Students will theorize in their project the impact of Disney on American society, now and in the future.
Essential Question:What impact does Disney, as mass media, have on American society?
Procedure: Students will view a powerpoint presentation over Disney as a medium of mass media in American society. Students are encouraged to take notes on the main concepts and content presented.
Product or Assessment: Students will be creating an electronic presentation to illustrate their answer to the essential question: What impact does Disney, as mass media, have on American society?
