Essential Question: Which clues in this sentence can lead me to the meaning of an unknown word?
Procedure:
- The teacher will show a Google Slide presentation as well as a corny video to explain how to use context clues to determine word meaning.

- After the video presentation the students will work on an activity asking them to use context clues to determine word meaning.
Product or Assessment: Students will use sentence clues to determine word meaning in a Google Doc, which will be submitted to the teacher via Google Classroom.
Accommodations: Give the students fewer or simpler sentences.
