Anticipating Problems	I think ahead and guess what problems might be coming in a project in time to prevent them.	Sometimes, I think ahead and guess what problems I might have in time to avoid them.	With help, I can tell what problems might be coming.	I have a hard time knowing when problems might be coming.
Making Adjustments	When a project is not going well, I pay attention to what is happening and then I fix the problem.	When a project is not going well, I figure out the cause of the problem. Monitoring Processes	I always look at how a project is going, and I think of ways to make the project go better.	I pay attention to how a project is going so I can fix problems when they happen.	I usually expect other people to notice problems while I work, and then I let them help me fix the problems.	I do not notice problems while I work unless someone points them out to me.
Choosing Solutions	I take a lot of time to think about a problem, and I think about many solutions before I try to solve the problem.	I think about a problem, and I consider more than one solution before I try to solve the problem.	If someone reminds me, I think about a problem before I try to solve it, and with help, I think about more than one solution.	I usually try to solve a problem without thinking about it, and I try the first solution I think of.
