Indiana Standard: USH 6.1, 9.3

Objective: Students will create a tour of 10 of the battles of the Korean War War, justifying why they chose each battle as one of their 10.

Procedure: As an introductory or culminating activity, students are instructed that they are travel agents for an agency specializing in historical vacations.  They have been asked to create a tour of America’s involvement in the Korean War.  Students should use Google Tour Builder to construct a mock up of their tour to present to clients.  This tour needs to cover 10 battles involving American forces in the War and for each battle, they will need to write a paragraph explaining what happened in this battle and why that battle was chosen.
