Level of Care Matrix Training Videos
The four videos provided are of a class on the Level of Care Protocol delivered on November 29, 2017. The class follows the same outline that is provided in the trainers guide. The last video (number 4), provides an opportunity to practice completing the matrix and scoring sheets. It contains a question and answer period for unanswered questions but note, questions were asked and answered throughout the class. It is important to watch all videos. To be able to follow along and practice the scoring, please have available and read the vignettes for both child welfare (focusing on Marcus) and probation, a matrix, two scoring sheets and a family resource tool.
