Planning Ahead of time:

-Label Drinking fountain, bathroom, computer, etc.  (I use red dot stickers)

-buy a package of cookies or other treat

-Separate Class into 2 groups. A stars group and a Stripes group (avoid placing freinds together)

Make name tags for each group

-Each group will have one week where the are segregated in class.  They have to line up in the back of the line, only drink from the fountain with the red dot, and only use the bthroom with the red dot. One day during the week I pass out cookies to everyone except the segregated group.  They are also only allowed to play wth the kids in their group fro the entire week.  The rest of the class is free to play as normal. 

-The following week, switch groups.  (the other half of the class will now get the cookie)

After both groups have gone, we journal about the experience.  They tell what was hard and what they learned.
