Is there a lesson you can describe that illustrates how to use it? | Students in 8th grade create a word wall of words from the vocabulary workshop text. Before the students add their word to the wall, students will have presented their word to the class by reviewing the word, part of speech, and use in a sentence. Once the words are on the 3C Word Wall students are encouraged to utilize the vocabulary word wall during review activities and when they are communicating. |
Suggestions for AdaptationsCould it be easily adapted for a higher/lower grade? For a different subject area? For assessment? | Kindergarteners will have an opportunity to hold and place words on the picture as the lesson is being taught. Students get a hands on approach throughout the lesson. The chart will remain on display while the unit continues, allowing students the ability to use the words, remove, quiz, help with writing.Interactive word wall hung in the classroom for Math vocabulary. The word wall is changed for every unit/concept. |
