Metadata template for resources to be uploaded

This is a template that shows what metadata that should be filled out for every resource that is shared here on the Nordic University Health Hub. It should be shared and filled out by the authors of the resource. 

How to upload the resource:

Please send the filled out template, together with the resources, to project coordinator maria.minard@sund.ku.dk,  who will assist you with the uploading proces.
