Mentor teachers are integral to the success and retention of new teachers in K12 schools. These resources were curated in 2024 by Mentor Teachers across Colorado enrolled in an Advanced Mentorship course at Western Colorado University. We aim to support Mentors as they introduce new and novice teachers to the education profession. We curated resources in three main areas: healthy relationships, effective communication, and exchanging feedback.
