The following optional group check-in meetings will be offered each week:
- Tuesdays 2-3 PM CST
- Wednesdays 1-2 PM CST

Institute due dates are given in the table below. For your convenience, a calendar has also been included below with due dates highlighted.

| Friday, June 11 | Write objectives for 3 units. | Post in Unit Objectives Discussion by end of day (EOD) Friday, June 11. |
| Tuesday, June 15 | Design tables for each unit | Post in Design Tables Discussion by EOD Tuesday, June 15. |
| Friday, July 2 | Publish first complete draft of OER | Post link to your published OER in the First Draft Discussion by EOD Friday, July 2. |
| Tuesday, July 6 | Peer review of one person's OER | Choose 1 colleague's post in the Week 3 First Draft Discussion, reply, and give substantive feedback, using the BranchED Template, the BranchED Equity Rubric for OER Evaluation, and the Completion Checklist about what revisions need to be made. You must choose someone whose OER has not yet been peer reviewed. This is due EOD Tuesday, July 6. |
| July 8 | Complete all revisions and prepare to present your OER at the Showcase | Present your revised OER at a Showcase where PK-12 partners will judge. Thursday, July 8 from 2:00 - 3:30 CST. |
| Friday, July 9th | Complete OER | Email aevans@educatordiversity.org when your OER is complete and ready for review (See Completion Checklist) by EOD Friday, July 9. |
