Importing the Package Into Canvas

Hello,

Has anyone been able to successfully import the package into Canvas? The IMSCC file upload process freezes each time I try at somewhere between 18-51%. Is there a separate Canvas package or do all LMS use the same one?

I want to pursue using this course in the fall, but I can't if I'm not able to access the course materials.

Lindsay from OpenStax here! Thank you for posting in the OER Commons. We recommend submitting a ticket to Canvas Support or your campus's LMS administrator. They should be able to resolve your issue and ensure Workplace Software and Skills is integrated into Canvas properly.

Thanks. I have put in a ticket with my college's online helpdesk. Hopefully they can resolve the issue.
