Portfolio/stackable IRC, What are you using?

I am looking to start the portfolio/stackable IRC for my students but am at a loss for where to gather curriculum for HIPAA certifcation and OSHA-10. Is anyone willing to share how you obtain these certifications (I host the BBP training with my AHA instructor cert). Thank you for your support!
