Interview Protocol used for the OER study

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this 20-minute follow-up interview. This interview is completely voluntary and you don’t have to answer to any questions you don’t want to answer. You can stop the interview at any point. We will record this interview and secure the recording in a safe place.  We will then analyze the recording and publish the result. When publishing, your name will not be associated with any findings. Ok. Finally question: Would you like to proceed with an interview?

Faculty’s trajectory of experience with OER (where it has begun, what they did, how it has been, what they do now, and where things will go)

  • One of the things we are interested most is your journey in using OER. Could you first tell us about how you first encountered OER, what you have experienced and, and how you use/or not use OER now. We basically want to hear your story on the use of OER (Probing questions based on the first answer, especially about how they currently use OER)
  • You mentioned that you used OER as (a supplementary material for something something). Do you have any plan to change the extent of OER use in the future? We would like to know if you had any thought on what next.
