Math

As we have talked about many times, math is part of everything in life.  The video that follows talks about this to remind you how many different ways math is used on a daily basis.  While you are at outdoor school make a list of all the different aspects of math you noticed or used while attending outdoor school.  We will compare these when we get back to the classroom.

Canoes

Canoeing is another activity you'll be able to experience at outdoor school.  But how does that or any boat float on top of water.  In this video you'll get some information from Olympic athletes about buoyancy and how they utilize it.

What else at outdoor school, aside from the canoes, showed buoyancy?
