An equity-minded rubric for evaluating instructor applications for grant funding to create OER at the college level. Evaluation criteria include student savings per grant dollar, impact on student costs, cultural relevance and inclusiveness, creative pedagogy, reusability (including accessibility), department commitment, gaps in existing OER, and feasibility given proposed support. The scoring is based on a three point rating: 0 = not applicable, 1 = this is considered, 2 = this is a strong factor, and 3 = wow!
