Hence, this lesson has the goal of equipping students with mindful practices and habits in order to support them in navigating their college careers. Through meditations, activities, discussions, and reflections, students will understand the role of bringing awareness to their diet, using mindful eating as a tool to alleviate stress regarding their current diet.
