Lara and I just launched this new interactive survey tool to help students see how they compare to their peers when it comes to learning new software. It is based on this GenderMag research:

How to measure diversity actionably in technology

We're using it in OSU courses to help students reduce imposter syndrome. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. 

Future additions might include Socioeconomic and perhaps Refugee facets/personas.
