About me

I have been involved in the field of education for almost 40 years. I current;y teach 8th grade ELA at Cheyenne-Eagle Butte Junior High School in Eagle Butte, SD. I am a K-12 school librarian with experience at all grade levels and as a state library consultant. I am also now consulting and teaching with TIE of Rapid City, SD on a three year IMLS grant entitled "Reaching Out: Meeting the Needs of Rural School Librarians."
