The resources I am sharing include links to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). They have been developed for middle school pupils and are based on the UK National Curriculum for Science. Each topic covered in Y5 to Y8 has a lesson and associated set of resources that I hope you are able to use, adapt or share.
