About me

Julia is the project team lead for the State of Innovation challenge. She is a senior consultant at Kinetic West, a social impact consulting firm based in Seattle, WA. A proud "teacher's kid," Julia is the daughter of public school educators from the Seattle area. Prior to joining Kinetic West, Julia was a senior policy advisor on youth employment and workforce development policy for the Seattle mayor's office.
