About me

Ask me about expanding OER access and support for Nebraska Career, Technical, and Adult Education teachers. I enjoy strategic problem solving that looks ahead, bringing new initiatives to fruition. I have professional experience and a degree in apparel design and technology, and after living and working in the Seattle area, my husband and I returned to Nebraska and became my family's fourth generation of farmers producing commercial grain. Including raising our five children here, I find purpose in volunteering in the Hastings community, serving on nonprofit governing boards and in local government. Though we are no longer operational farmers, I am happy to continue to weave the fabric of agricultural and career and technical education through my work supporting CTE educators.
