Sishir Kumar is a subject matter expert and research consultant in the areas of Cellular Agriculture, Alternative Protein, Cultured Meat, Plant Based Meat, Biotechnology, Biomedical research, Bioengineering, Nanobiotechnology, with over two decades of global work experience. Sishir graduated with a research doctorate (PhD) in Biotechnology and Medicine from Deakin University, Australia and Master of Applied Science in Molecular Biotechnology from The University of Sydney, Australia. Sishir has written books in areas of Cellular Agriculture, Biotechnology to practise his passion for scientific communication and novel scientific developments.
