Buddy System
- Start with the buddy system at the beginning of the school year. But be prepared for it. So preparation the last months of the previous school year.
- Ask for volunteers to be a mentor. Forced pupils don’t make good mentors.
- If possible, provide time in the time schedule and a designated space for the mentoring work.
- Provide a small budget for the mentors to organize activities.
