      • Interview one teacher and examine how the teacher progressed through their career.

      • The final paper should include the following:
        • Typed summary of the interview
        • Type your questions and the teachers’ answers
        • Include the teachers name, school they teach at, what subject/grade they teach, and how many years of experience they have.
        • Type a 2 paragraph reflection of what you have learned about the role of becoming an educator from the interview experience.

    Students will need to go out of the classroom. Prepare passes ahead of time as well as send out an email at least 2 days before to the staff regarding this assignment, so they can prepare to see students out of the classroom or have students request an interview.
