    Remote Learning Plan: Reciprocal Conversation

    Overview

    This lesson is intended for seventh grade students.  

    The lesson will take two days to complete - 45 minutes each day.

    Objectives:

      The student will be able to state the meaning of: reciprocial conversation, not reciprocal conversation, on topic.

      The student will be able to identify a conversation as reciprocal or not reciprocal.

      The student will be able to carry on a reciprocal conversation with at least four exchanges.

    Use the Google Slide Presentation for students to identify reciprocal and nonreciprocal conversations

    Day 2 - Review previous day's lesson

                Pair & Share

    Use the information from previous day to review reciprocal conversation, nonreciprocal conversation, and on topic with students.

     

    Use the conversation starters for students to carry on a reciprocal conversation with at least four exchanges with a variety of individuals.
