This lesson is about trying to get students to make connections between ideas about equations, inequalities, and expressions. The lesson is designed to give students opportunities to use mathematical vocabulary for a purpose to describe, discuss, and work with these symbol strings.The idea is for students to start gathering global information by looking at the whole number string rather than thinking only about individual procedures or steps. Hopefully students will begin to see the symbol strings as mathematical objects with their own unique set of attributes. (7th Grade Math)

2023 Education Vision "Face to face in-service trainings will be organized for the teaching of algorithmic thinking of classroom teachers in a computer-free environment." The in-service program was opened within the scope of the study, which was initiated in line with the target.

This course treats various methods to design and analyze datastructures and algorithms for a wide range of problems. The most important new datastructure treated is the graph, and the general methods introduced are: greedy algorithms, divide and conquer, dynamic programming and network flow algorithms. These general methods are explained by a number of concrete examples, such as simple scheduling algorithms, Dijkstra, Ford-Fulkerson, minimum spanning tree, closest-pair-of-points, knapsack, and Bellman-Ford. Throughout this course there is significant attention to proving the correctness of the discussed algorithms. All material for this course is in English. The recorded lectures, however, are in Dutch.

In this informational text, elementary school readers learn about the difference between weather and climate and about components of the climate system. This study used an organizational socialization lens to examine factors influencing participants’ choice to pursue the principalship and an alternate administration certification program. Through an analysis of participants’ interviews, factors emerged from the codes that were compared with dimensions of a socialization framework. A key finding from this study is the intersection of socializing factors that influenced participants’ decisions to pursue the principalship and their decision to pursue an alternative preparation programs. This intersection impacted how these aspiring and current principals came to participate in the alternate preparation program.

Amag! consists of articles: A4 for download, print and play. Each article is created by an author or team. All of them are specialist on architecture education for children and youth, or art professionals related to children.

FACES is a partnership between Oakland and Berkeley public schools and Children's Hospital Oakland. The program helps prepare at-risk kids for entry into college and the health professions through a multitude of services based at the hospital. FACES has already changed the lives of many young people who live in one of the most violent communities in America.

"Mouse Squad" is a group of 4th to 8th graders who support their school's technology needs. In 2021, a team of middle school and high school students spent the summer researching the rich history of Americans of Chinese descent. They compiled their research findings in a simple, easy-to-understand flashcard format with the intention of helping the public learn and recognize the achievements, contributions, and struggles of Americans of Chinese descent in the United States.
