In such cases, this module offers solutions to support you as their teacher. Teachers must also face the reality of instructing all different learning levels, whether they are at the emergent, transitional, or conventional stages of literacy learning. This module also supports the creation of high-quality literacy lesson planning to meet your student's needs regardless of their learning stage. This task can be daunting and difficult without the right tools.  Using OpenAI to support material adaptation and modifications can assist teachers in removing barriers and ensuring that all students can engage in enriching reading and writing experiences.

The practical handbook for teachers is a key part of the project EIFNEG - Emotional Intelligence for the New European Generation, implemented in the framework of the Erasmus+ program. The consortium of this project is formed by 2 organizations from Romania (CPIP and Liceul Teoretic "William Shakespeare"), 2 from Spain(Growth Coop and Colegio Seneca), 2 from the Czech Republic (Institut EvropskýchProfesních Studií and Gymnázium Jiřího Gutha-Jarkovského) and 1 from Portugal(ASDPESO).The EIFNEG project aims to create a subject for students aged 14 to 18 that strengthens their ability to manage emotions and empathy, enhances their creativity, and teaches them to adapt to new situations.

Employability Crash Course is presented as a self-directed, self-paced course to guide students in learning how to look for work, write a resume and interview for a job. The material is designed to allow students to follow their curiosity and percieved needs while holding them accountable for their learning.Instructors can use the material to prompt discussion and provide content for role-plays.
