Film Festival Assignment (Video Competition)

By entering your film into the Film Festival for First-Year students (F4), you are giving permission to University College and UNCW to show your film on November 18, 2015 in Lumina Theatre and use it for promotional purposes beyond the film festival including but not limited to the F4 website, UNCW website, sending the film out to prospective or current students or the general public. The winner and the film festival, which may include your video, will be highlighted on the UNCW main web page starting on or after November 18, 2015.

All films are owned by the students who created them as indicated by the signatures below. Any usage outside of that outlined above would require student permission. PLEASE HAVE ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP SIGN THE CONTRACT BELOW. ANY GROUP NOT FILLING OUT AND RETURNING THIS FORM WILL NOT HAVE THEIR FILM SHOWN ON NOVEMBER 18, 2015 IN LUMINA THEATRE.
