At the beginning of this course, you completed an activity on plagiarism, copyright, and fair use. It is important to remember these concepts as you begin preparing to find facts and write your draft. Plagiarism is a serious academic conduct issue, and will not be tolerated.
It is fine to use facts and others’ opinions and quotes; you just need to make sure that you give credit to the source of the material. You also need to remember if you are using someone else’s exact words, you will need to document that properly.
